The passport seva Kendra also provides an opportunity for various NGOs and other non-government organizations (NGOs) to reach out to such people who are not aware of the importance of passports in their daily lives.
The Passport Seva Kendra is located at the district level and has been set up by the State Passport Office under which different districts have been designated centers. Every center has its own setup with trained staff members who undertake various tasks related to issuing passports like taking photographs, recording fingerprints, capturing biometrics, etc.
