Whether someone is thinking about establishing a small company or changing professional lines, they must examine their level of enthusiasm or passion before proceeding. If they are not passionate about their work, they will not be successful. They must also be willing to put in the time and effort required to make their dreams a reality. The more passionate someone is about their work, the more inclined they are to put forth effort on self-improvement and increase their chances of success. The above passion must have a direction such as becoming a master of Deming-based Lean Six Sigma Management.
